Setting Up SSO for Existing Users

Single Sign On (SSO) for Existing Covidence Users

Existing Covidence users at FSU can continue to sign into Covidence with their FSU emails, but we recommend switching over to signing in with your FSUID with SSO for the following reasons:

  • You don't have to remember as many passwords
  • Your account is more secure
  • Your account is automatically associated with the FSU subscription

Follow these steps to connect your existing account and review projects with FSU's subscription via your FSUID.

Accessing Covidence After Leaving FSU

Accessing Covidence After You Leave FSU

If you leave FSU, you will no longer be able to access FSU's subscription to Covidence and create new reviews. However, if you sign into your Covidence account via another method that is not SSO -- such as email and password -- you will be able to access and work on existing reviews in your account.

Plan ahead!

We recommend adding a secondary email address prior to your end date at FSU. This will make it easier to continue using your Covidence account without interruption.

If you need to log back in to your Covidence account but cannot because you don’t have access to your @fsu.edu email address anymore, please get in touch with Covidence Support.
